Business Revolving Loan Program

In 1995, the Templeton Telephone Company secured funding from USDA’s Rural Utility Service to establish a Revolving Loan Program to help encourage economic development in the area. The program is aimed at providing financing to business startup and expansion projects that create jobs, increase the property tax base, and broaden the economic base of the Templeton area. Additional funds were secured in 1998, and the TTC has made over $699,000 in loans since the program was started.
